Their web site is not working so I don’t know if the company is still around. After iOS 8 update I started using SwiftKey keyboard. When I launch the app and start to type, were the keyboard should be it is blank. To work around this I have to make SwiftKey the number two keyboard and chose it in the app on all other apps that you type in. I am currently looking for an alternative to this app, which is a shame because this does exactly what I need it to do, and has been doing it for a few years now.
Please fix this freezing crash on iPhone 6. I cant delete old data that is no longer needed. I love this app. I use it to keep track of my employees hours.
Thanks to the developers. As I am a contractor the tool is really usefull in everyday life. With properly set defaults it is a matter of seconds to enter another chargable day to the timesheet. However, there are some improvements I would like to see in some time: possibility to set a daily rate (not only hourly) and also set chargeble time in days, possibility to set different currency symbols for different project (this is my case, as I work for clients paying in different currencies). Also, the adding client and project interface looks elegant when adding new event, it looses its convenience when one needs to chenge somehow client or project details, in this case you have to go through event, then into client list, then have to tap edit button. Maybe would be better to have list of clients and projects in separate screen.
Great app. BUT! on iOS 4 it now has huge problems: simply doesnt new entries :( Hope you solve it!
Hi. I tried many many apps for time tracking. Now im using only this one: itime is the best one and is cheap too. Anyway i have a request: i have to use 2 apps, one for TO DOs , and Itimes to track done tasks. It will be wonderfull if ITime could have a simple ToDo list manager... Even better if the done tasks are converted in regular Itimes tracked activities. Sorry for my poor English Bye
This app has been great for my work as i have to job cost all of my time. I would like to see a pc version that can sync w/ this app. Sometimes i listen to music on other apps (instead of ipod function) like pandora and have to turn the music off every time i need to log a new task. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the option to create a master list of tasks that can be used for any project. I have many tasks that i must recreate every time in a new project. Its a little annoying. Other than that, this app works perfectly. Absolutely worth the price.
I have been impressed with the app and especially with the response from the developer. Answers questions by email within a day and gets it right.
Its a nice app that sees regular use from me. A couple of requested features: -A master project and task list shared by all clients. All of my clients need the same set of tasks and Id rather not have to create the same task for each or delete the same task for each. -An option to have time worked be in decimal format in the reporting. Such as 1.50 hours instead if 1:30 hours. Right now I have to convert in my head when entering it into my billing system. -An option for the report to group by client instead of just a chronological list. Other than that, kudos to the developers.
I was looking for something I could use to keep track of my kids reading time for reading incentive programs. This is PERFECT for that purpose! The other thing I use it for that I havent found anything better in the app store is for keeping track of homeschool hours. Easy to use without having to use a timer!!
I started out with the lite version & liked this app so much I purchased the full app. Im just a blue collar worker servicing 1/2 a dozen accounts a day within 100 miles of my plants location. I was having problems with overtime because my work load had been increased but I was expected to stay under 40 hours because the supervisors "thought" a certain service call "should" only take so much time. Using iTimesheet I was able to track my complete day from clocking in to work, arrivals & departures at clients, lunch breaks & clocking out at the end of the day. I then exported all this info to excel & after a couple of months I was able to complie all this information to help my company stop the guess work concerning how long it should take to service a client & make us more efficient by showing the actual service times. This created an average that we now use to determine labor cost & service charges. I came out smellin like a rose!
As for most I found this app to be exactly what I was looking for. In fact I even wrote an interface to QuickBooks to ultimately produce my invoices and keep track of tax records. I would have rated it 5 stars except for a few minor annoyances. 1. The various services, clients, etc. should be in a master DB for easier creation of new clients and jobs. 2. Problem correcting only punctuation in the notes section - it bounces to the top. 3. When starting to enter a note it scrolls down below the notes. Someone else mentioned that it only picks up part of the notes when exporting them. I found that if you dont use a new line (CR) within the notes it works fine. Considering the quality of this app that never crashes I would believe that these things will be fixed soon. I would highly recommend this app! Good Job!
I hesitated about buying this app, because iTimesheet Lite was already so handy, I couldnt imagine what else Id need. I put the money down because I really wanted the option of exporting my hours, and I havent regretted it at all. The app is easy to use, and easy to apply to a variety of job types. Even if youre a salaried employee, iTimesheet is fantastic for tracking the amount of time youre putting into different projects. The export is excellent and easy requires very little setup. Its definitely worth the asking price.
PLEASE Change back to original icon. This one is horrible! Why on earth would you change such a great app to look like this. Either change the icon back or refund money....I pretty sure when everyone purchased this app with the old icon they neve expected somethin this ugly on their iphone/ipod!!!
Totally broken. I cant add a project after removing the default "Welcome Project". Therefore I cant use the app at all since I have no projects. Has this been tested?
I just purchased iTimesheet to track my time at work. The program is ok, but it has a problem processing time after midnight. If your time spans midnight then iTimesheet wants to record the time accross two days. That creates a problem keeping accurate time. The Developer needs to address this. That takes alot away from this app. Be advised
This app is GARBAGE! It does not work. I feel stupid for wasting my money. Plese dont repeat my mistake. Avoid this piece of trash app.
It gets a little bit cluttered because each time entry for a task shows up seperately instead of allowing you to add a new start/end pair to the task. I might work on one thing for an hour and get a call and have to go do something else for an hour then come back and work on the original task a bit more before finding that I need to complete some work on something else and then coming back to the original task yet again. This means that my daily calendar shows up with the same entry 10 times and its not cluttered. Group them, show the total for the day/week/month and then let me drill down to the details if I want.
Ive tried all of the time keeping apps. I work as a consultant. I work for a company. I run a company. I have several needs for a time keeping app. Nothing comes closer to footing the bill than iTimeSheet. Reporting and statistics are consice and to the point. App is easy to use - and quick! Let me tell you if an app is cumbersome and slow to respond, I ditch it. Developers are responsive. 10 versions in the past year - all with major improvements and new features. I expect more to come.
Dont buy this app. Current version does not export data and there has been no response from developer - no support at their web site either. Was an OK app but it is now worthless. Looks like a hit and run artist!
