Three strikes

This is the third version that doesnt work for me.
I bought v3.5, then came v4.0 and now 4.0.1 and I still havent got past trying to enter my first piece of data. Every time I press "save" it quits without saving.
Ive emailed them a dozen times - they dont answer.
Im using HoursTracker instead - it works fine.
